**FHIR : Working On the OpenMRS FHIR IG**

@pmanko brought the up idea of completing the [OpenMRS FHIR IG](https://talk.openmrs.org/t/fhir2-implementation-guide/34669) .

@ibacher @pmanko can we wrap up this into a GSOC project ??
