# Getting Error While Publishing form Using Implementer interface (bahmni0.93)

These are the two scenario’s where I am getting error while creating the form using implementer interface -case 1: Figure 1 : When I try to publish a form using Implementer interface ,it throws error “Internal error”, bahmni version is 0.93-172 -Case 2: Figure 2: After publising form when I try to open form (which I created) from observation tab it gives an error “ReferenceError: renderWithControls is not defined.” bahmni version is 0.93-197 But When I do in the qa server ,bahmni version is 0.93-199 it doesn’t give me any error, while publishing or creating the form

Any solution for the above two scenario’s?

As per the Bahmni releases page here: [https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAH/pages/70221837/All+Bahmni+Releases](https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAH/pages/70221837/All+Bahmni+Releases)

It seems the stable & tested version of Bahmni V0.93 (-197) has the following rpm versions:

- bahmni\_web\_version: 0.93-131
- bahmni\_implementer\_interface\_version: 0.93-97
- bahmni\_emr\_version: 0.93-131

Are you facing these issues in the above set?

Yes, for case 1

- bahmni\_web\_version: 0.93-114
- bahmni\_implementer\_interface\_version: 0.93-93
- bahmni\_emr\_version: 0.93-114

for case 2

- bahmni\_web\_version: 0.93-131
- bahmni\_implementer\_interface\_version: 0.93-97
- bahmni\_emr\_version: 0.93-131
