Getting core 2.1.0 snapshot instead of 2.4.0 snapshot

Heilo,on cloning core,i make a fork here https://github.com/openmrs/openmrs-core which has core 2.4.0-SNAPSHOT but my fork comes with 2.1.0 snap shot,any idea around this cc @dkayiwa @ibacher

@herbert24 have you tried to rebase and pull the latest changes from upstream with a git pull --rebase upstream master after the clone
