I am a new contributor willing to help fix the frontend issues but I do not know how to find Github repositories from where the issues originate from. For example, I want to fix this issue: [Issue Navigator - OpenMRS Issues](https://issues.openmrs.org/browse/O3-1692?jql=project%20%3D%20O3%20AND%20component%20%3D%20%22Care%20Programs%20App%22)

but I do not know it repository
