Bahmni - 0.91 The Chrome debugger showed
httpInterceptor.js:26 POST https://<ip>/openmrs/ws/rest/v1/bahmniie/form/saveTranslation 500 (Internal Server Error)
OpenMRS log showed
Caused by: java.io.IOException: File '/var/www/bahmni_config/openmrs/apps/forms/translations/ivftest_1.json' could not be created
When checked the server found that bahmni_config/openmrs/apps/forms was missing (that needs to be investigated further on my part why was it missing though the installation was default)
So created this folder and it published the form.
