Formatting an xform with skip logic

I have a form that has fields that are shown when a specific condition is met

For example when patient has a CT scan , then there are details to be entered as shown

When the condition is not met , then the form shows a blank space that is creates unnecessary spaces in the form as shown below

Whats the recommended way to arrange the widgets to reduce this space when the skip logic is met (items should be hidden)
