Forgot password and username of earlier openmrs account

Hay, earlier I was installed the openmrs and change the password and username. Then after that I deleted openmrs from server. then again I installed openmrs usin tomcat. After the install it was going to direct the login page which is I had earlier account. But unfortunately I forgot my password and username. So I want to remove it and start the new openmrs in tomcat server. So what shoiuld I have to do?

The problem is I didnt get like that page.

@kas if the Click here link below the LOG IN button cant help,then you will need to drop the database ,delete the runtime properties file and re-start your tomcat afresh
