Finding patient module extremely slow

Find patient module slow: UgandaEMR 3.1.3

Question: Hi Team, my team has been experiencing slowness of between 5-6 minutes when performing data entry and patient information update. I tried restarting the search index and later restarted the find patient module but nothing seem to have changed. sometimes after restart the system just displays the menu and a blank white page.

I have reduced the Search Delay value and everything seems fine. Thank you @dkayiwa

@dkayiwa is there need to still have TRUNK-6014 open ? as this seems resolved
