I am uploading Patient CSV file every its giving me error csv file patient_2018-04-27_07_17_10.err.csv (2.7 KB)

“test01”,“testmid01”,“Testlasr01”

Name fields doesn’t allow integers. Please remove integers in all name fields and try import the CSV file.
