Error On Clnical > Order tab while saving (on online demo instance)

I am facing problem on CLINICAL form while Saving ORDER. it gives error message as:

Looks like the online demo configuration has some issue. I will look into it, and update this conversation once it is fixed.

Demo Environment is working fine.
