Error in creating Database in MS SQL Server

Question: Unable to create the database. The password might be incorrect or the database is not started.

???Error executing sql: create database ? - The TCP/IP connection to the host 192.168.29.209/openmrs?autoReconnect=true&sessionVariables=default_storage_engine=InnoDB&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8, port 1433 has failed. Error: “192.168.29.209/openmrs?autoReconnect=true&sessionVariables=default_storage_engine=InnoDB&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8. Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall.”.???

How do I solve above error, I have double checked credentials, DB is SQL Server 2016, Tomcat 9.0, and java 11.

We do not currently support MS SQL Server. We support MySQL and PostgreSQL.
