Please need help, thank you. @gsluthra can you also have a look please

@jess, if you are trying Bahmni fresh on your machine, I would urge you to try the Docker version. Things will just work out-of-the-box, if you use docker.

See this: https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAH/pages/3117744129/Getting+Started+Quickly+with+Bahmni+on+Docker

It is hard to debug your issue, without knowing the environment/steps you did. With docker it is easier to support, since the binaries are all “frozen” as images.

@gsluthra sorry for the late reply, it is not a fresh installation, i have a lot of patients information that i need to export. Please if someone can help, @gurpreetsk95, @angshuonline. I need all the data that has been stores in the form during all visit.

@jess endTB distro is quite old. Although it should work, it will be extremely difficult to support you without knowing details of installation steps, configuration, and without access to errors, and logs.

if you want to try out the docker version, we can help you to restore the old database and restoring configs and other files.

@angshuonline i followed the steps describes here https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAH/pages/95256583/Configuring+Exports. my problem is that when i go endtb_export , the zip file inside after extracting all csv files are empty.

do we have another way to export patients data?

@jess I would not follow the steps mentioned in endTB wiki pages. Those are too old.

What is your requirement? You have a lot of patient data in Bahmni, and you would like to export that? In what format do you want the export and why? Is it to setup a new Bahmni instance, or to push the data into another system or for reporting purposes?

If you can give some inputs, it will be helpful in giving you guidance.
