EncounterProvider Attributes not working with HTML Flowsheet

I made an HTML Form called “Treatment Completed” in which the EncounterProvider tag has the attributes: Default=“CurrentUser” Type=“AutoComplete” and it works just fine individually

but when I include this form in another form as an HTML Flowsheet:

The attributes no longer work

Is there a way around this?
