Enable appointment search for a given Provider.

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement for which we need to the ability to search appointments for a given provider.

For this we are planning to enhance the /appointments/search endpoint to accept an optional filed providerUuid and if a provider uuid is present then it should filter the search result for that provider.
