Today I use Dynamic Repeat Tag to create tag, but there is not add button, and when i click save form it does not work still.

Can you show the code snippet you are using? There have been attempts to implement dynamic repeat over the years, with various degrees of success.

Also please kindly copy & paste your code rather than uploading an image. Images aren’t searchable in the future if others have similar problems. 
Yes, unfortunately, if I recall correctly, I don’t think the “dynamicRepeat” tag was every fully implemented, which explains why it isn’t working…
