We have the https://issues.openmrs.org/browse/GCI-6 as part GCI for which we want students to add the LICENSE file to the modules which are missing it. I think we should add the MPLv2 text as part of the file, followed by the health disclaimer to be added as part of this task. Since, we have already decided to move to the license, adding OPL1 is not the right approach - http://openmrs.org/2013/04/openmrs-licensing-moves-to-mplv2/ The license from MPL and the health disclaimer is found here - http://openmrs.org/license/ I wanted all mentors reviewing this to ensure that we are talking about MPLv2 + disclaimer only.
