I exported 2 HTML forms to a zip file from one implementation and imported it to another implementation.
importing seems to be successful but I can’t find the forms or the associated concepts
You seem to have exported a “Form”, whereas you should have exported an “HTML Form”. Please select the correct metadata type when exporting.

I formatted the other server I exported from. Is there a way to salvage what’s in the exported file? or should I just move on and create it from scratch? 
Unfortunately, all you see is in the import summary is what you have, which is 2 basic form schemas and 2 encounter types. You have no concepts, nor the html content. You will have to start from scratch.
