Docker in Bamboo agents will be upgraded

From tomorrow, I will slowly upgrade docker and docker compose in our Bamboo/CI agents in order to be able to use newer features, like multi-stage builds.

Of course, as usual nothing should break, but let me know if you find something suspicious.
