Developer Manual - Making Your First Module

Hi,

I am new to OpenMRS and I am currently reading the developer manual. The manual is super useful but in the Making Your First Module section http://devmanual.openmrs.org/en/Case_study/yourFirstModule.html I can not seem to find any of the files that the documentation is referencing. I cannot find the Hibernate ORM File or the other files mentioned in the documentation. Does anyone have an updated version of this tutorial or what would be a good resource for me to start learning from??
