@raff The takeway from the design call https://notes.openmrs.org/2016-12-19-Design-Forum is to look into Boostrap implementation for RefApp.

I would like your help to figure out the ui-commons + ui-library changes that would need to be made to kick off this effort, as well as any alignment with the work you are doing with @SolDevelo on the OWA and UI related pieces.

In Jan 2017, I hope to have some developers building new HTML Form Entry forms so would provide a testing ground for any changes within UgandaEMR which is based of RefApp.
