A test server I found mentioned in the projects page is http://devtest04.openmrs.org:8080/openmrs, which is not working/used anymore for developer test environments. I guess it should be changed to the preferred demo.openmrs.org; even the AC README suggests to use it. There are other places where devtest04 is mentioned and should be replaced. Any thoughts on this?
