Deploying in the server

how to deploy openmrs.war into a jetty server I downloaded mysql 8 version latest and was executing this command mvn jetty:run

Run the command from the webapp folder.

@adityac1305 you could also add a few steps that helped solve this here so as to help others

In users of My Computer I had the Name of the directory Aditya Chaudhari which had a space in between. So when we run the openmrs cloned repository it gives us error as we refer the user directory as Aditya%20Chaudhari which creates the error of no path found properly. And after yo are done with this then you can change the directory with cd webapp and run the jetty command mvn jetty:run . In this way I was able to solve my issue and error.

Did you succeed and run it, personally i have been running a war file today all went fine but landed into server error logs which am debugging currently, feel free to take a look Logs

Hi Sharif, There is probably some migration lock stuck into database and no new migration scripts can be launched. Truncate table to resolve this issue. And try running again
