Demo server fails to load some modules

Modules like Active Visits, Appointment Scheduling seems failing to be loaded into the demo server instance at demo.openmrs.org. This is observed after the recent full service disruption and the server instance does not load some modules. cc: @dkayiwa @ibacher @k.joseph @mksd

Have you tried resetting the demo instance OpenMRS environments - Reset demo server 1905: Build result summary - OpenMRS Bamboo, Hey @kdaud could you confirm whether its now working, i have reset it
