Daylight Saving Time end in USA on 6 November

FYI: Most of the United States, Canada, and Mexico’s northern border cities will end Daylight Saving Time (DST) on Sunday, November 6, 2016. People in areas that observe DST will fall back 1 hour from 02:00 (2 am) to 01:00 (1 am), local time.

We are trying to use UTC more and more often in our OpenMRS community meetings, but historically used US Eastern Standard (or Daylight Saving) Time. As a result, some older meetings may experience a shift depending on your location. Please check with your meeting organizer(s) to confirm whether or not your effective meeting time will change with the shift to DST in the United States.

Please note that Europe end DST Sunday, October 30, 2016. More DST dates and locations are available here: https://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst/2016b.html

Did you intend to say the time will fall back from 2am to 1am?
