Creating meta-data files to be exported from OpenMRS to DHIS2

Hello,

I work with an organization that uses OpenMRS to store our data from different programs. We are hoping to create a DHIS2 warehouse as well that we can use to analyze our data.

From what we understand, data from OpenMRS can be exported as a CVS or XML file into DHIS2. Our question is in regard to what data needs to be included in this CVS/XML file to then be exported. Can all of our data go into one file? What tool can we use to create a CVS that can then be exported to DHIS2?
