Create Releases for several OpenMRS Modules

Hello, to prepare our next ICRC Deployment, we will need some releases for the following packaging. I had a look to all the repositories to find the last releases and didn’t find it.

What is the workflow to generate these releases ?

• openmrs-module-htmlformentryui. Release 2.2.0 needed.
• openmrs-module-bahmnicommons. Release 0.1 ( Bahmni project. I should ask the Bahmni Team)
• openmrs-module-coreapps. Release 1.37.0
• openmrs-module-reporting. Release 1.25.0
• openmrs-module-webservices.rest Release 2.37.0
• openmrs-module-addresshierarchy. Release 2.15.0.

• htmlformentryui 2.2.0 is released

• coreapps 1.37.0 is released
• webservices.rest 2.37.0 is released
