Create form; datatype = coded; dropdown

Hi all,

I’d like to create a form (legacy way, without using Bahmni Form Builder) but with the answers displayed as a dropdown as opposed to different buttons.

Hi @margineanm Please use the below like configuration in clinical/app.json in config.
