Connect for Life™- OpenMRS Distribution setup not running

Hello, I have been trying to set up Connect for Life -openmrs module using docker on my windows laptop but am failing to make the interface run or load on: http://localhost:8080/openmrs or http://localhost/openmrs.

Below is the results i get when I try to run the environment with either of these two commands.

docker-compose -f docker-compose.yml -f -f docker-compose.module-reload.yml up --build –d

docker-compose up -d --build

On cmd I see the below output. Any assistance is highly appreciated.
