There is no separate Concept schema, only the overall OpenMRS schema. The details about how to leverage the CIEL dictionary in your openMRS implementation is available on the wiki: [https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Getting+and+Using+the+MVP-CIEL+Concept+Dictionary](https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Getting+and+Using+the+MVP-CIEL+Concept+Dictionary)

Basically, once you read the documentation, you can email me with details of your implementation (country, languages, inpatient/outpatient/research, version of OpenMRS, etc.) and I will provide a dropbox link. There is also a service in Beta called Open Concept Lab which would allow you to subscribe to a dictionary.

If you want to see the full CIEL dictionary you can also download the OpenMRS platform appliance (not the reference application) and choose the CIEL option.
