Hello, I need your help. After I customized the Registration form, the Clinic module is not longer starting. It throws errors. See attached screen shot. Thank you !
Please provide a text dump of the changes you made / file you modified… most probably there is some issue with the edits done to the file. You can use pastebin.com or github to share your file contents.
