ClassNotFoundException upgrading 1.9.x to 1.10.4

I dropped in the openmrs.war file for 1.10.4 and am getting errors like the following:

The following error occurred at startup:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.openmrs.web.controller.RegimenPortletController

Am I supposed to include some other module?

I figured this out. I deleted my work and temp directories in Tomcat and the problem was fixed.
