Changing PM Team call time?

Having discussed with @herbert & @jennifer I’d like to propose we change the weekly PM Team call times:

  • From: Mondays at 6pm EAT | 5pm CET | 3pm UTC | 11am EDT | 8am PDT
  • To: Mondays at 4pm EAT | 3pm CET | 1pm UTC | 9am EDT | 6am PDT

The reason for doing this: The time isn’t great for others in later time zones, and is creating some conflicts with other calls.

  • Sure, the new time works for me (4pm EAT | 3pm CET | 1pm UTC | 9am EDT | 6am PDT)
  • No, the new time doesn’t work for me

Thank you to everyone who voted! This week (June 14), let’s still meet at the usual time (6pm EAT | 5pm CET | 3pm UTC | 11am EDT | 8am PDT). Unfortunately a few people are double booked this particular Monday at the new proposed time.

In fact we have one more open community spot we’d like to proposed - which of these options would work for folks?

  • I prefer Wednesdays at 7pm EAT | 6pm CET | 3pm UTC | 12pm EDT | 9am PDT
  • I prefer Mondays at 4pm EAT | 3pm CET | 1pm UTC | 9am EDT | 6am PDT

OK, so there are two more possible time slots that have opened up on the community calendar. So let’s try one more vote to be sure we’ve got a good time. Sorry all, thanks for going through this process together.

Which of these times would work for you?

  • Tuesdays at 4pm EAT | 3pm CET | 1pm UTC | 9am EDT | 6am PDT
  • Tuesdays at 5pm EAT | 4pm CET | 2pm UTC | 10am EDT | 7am PDT

@herbert24 it seems that we’ll still need to discuss this with the team this week - shall we plan to meet on Monday at 4pm EAT as usual, and then discuss this? (Unfortunately I’llneed to hop of at 4:30pm for another call though.)

So after discussion in today’s PM Team call, we will be trying out the new time of Tuesdays at 4pm EAT | 3pm CET | 1pm UTC | 9am EDT | 6am PDT, starting next week.
