Can't view tickets in Jira

Hi there,

For some reason that isn’t clear to me, it turns out that I can’t view any ticket within OpenMRS’ Jira. This behavior happened sometime back and was maybe resolved by some angel :smile:

I’m blocked with message: " You can’t view this issue; It may have been deleted or you don’t have permission to view it."

Can you give an example of a URL that is not working for you?

What happens if you use Chrome in Incognito mode? And, assuming that works, have you tried clearing your browser’s cache & cookies?

Clearing my browser’s cache resolves the issue.
