Brainstorming Topics for an online Terminology Use & Implementation course

@Joe_Amlung: Hi everyone, as many of you have heard, we are wanting to put together an online course for Terminology Use and Implementation, in conjunction with the OHIE Academy . Our first step is coming up with the topics that ought to be addressed in the course, which we have started to draft in this document.

Please edit, comment, and add ideas to this list so that we can start organizing them into lessons and then starting to fill them out. We will later update you all once we have put together more course materials!

Calling out in particular: @Jonathan_Payne @Andrew_Kanter @Ellen_Ball @jennifer @paul @burke @grace, we would love to make sure we are representing the topics that our communities will care about most.
