Bahmni reports error

Hi, I have a problem loading the test forms report into the bahmni reports. By clicking Run Now, I get the error below. If anyone has an idea, she will be welcome. please.

Hello @diallo, Which version of bahmni you are using? and can please share some logs of this issue from /var/log/bahmni-reports?

I use the bahmni version 0.90.  For the error on the reports, here is the message of the directory / var / log / bahmni-reports and thanks for help.

check your report config definition. One of concepts that you mentioned seem not to be present.
