In the Bahmni registration page, some fields seem to display out of order, leaving blank spaces instead. Is this a known bug? Anything to do about it? For instance the field “Follow-up status 2” in the attached screenshots.
Have you tried opening it on another browser to validate if it is something to do with browser/versions. Firefox, IE and Chrome all behave differently in different OS and we have seem some discrepancies in the past.
I tried with both chrome and firefox, same issue.
