For the upcoming PAT call, We would like to demonstrate the Bulk Export feature of Patient information in standard FHIR format.

Context: Bahmni stores Patient information in openMRS DB. Exporting them using FHIR standard would help SNOMED to consume for analytics. This also can greatly help in interoperability across many third party systems that are FHIR based @akanter
