Auto close visits is not working on docker server

The auto close visit is not closing at 12am but closes at 2:30 pm.

you can set the required time for scheduler Close Stale Visits Task from the below URL.

https://localhost/openmrs/admin/scheduler/scheduler.list

Change localhost to your IP.
