Did you do the fresh installation? If yes, what happened?
Sorry. Was unavoidably absent and couldnāt reply you earlier. Yes I did a fresh installation. Same error. I wonder if there are still vestiges of the old installation and MySQL. Though, below is what is shown on my server:
Database server
- Server: 127.0.0.1 via TCP/IP
- Server type: MySQL
- Server version: 5.7.27 - MySQL Community Server (GPL)
- Protocol version: 10
- User: root@localhost
- Server charset: cp1252 West European (latin1)
Web server
-
Apache/2.4.39 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1c PHP/7.3.6
-
Database client version: libmysql - mysqlnd 5.0.12-dev - 20150407 - $Id: 7cc7cc96e675f6d72e5cf0f267f48e167c2abb23 $
-
PHP version: 7.3.6
phpMyAdmin
- Version information: 4.9.0.1
How do you tell that it is the same error?
Same error message popped up. I will install on a new computer and try again. I really wish for the sync module to work as it would solve a lot of problems with backup and the epileptic power supply where the clinic is.
I finally got it to work by further downgrading to Server version: 5.6.45 - MySQL Community Server (GPL) . The version 5.7 didnāt work me. Many thanks dkayiwa for your help.
