Associating forms to a program

I have created a program called Prevention and concept set called prevention services template. I would like to configure bahmni so that when a patient is enrolled in a prevention program in the initial encounter, only the set of forms appropriate for that encounter are available. when they come back for followoup encounter under prevention program, only a new set of forms are available. How do i configure this?

Christian, we do not have that feature now. But its one of the desired feature. You can find it in our roadmap tracker.

The card talks about association of forms to a particular program stage, not necessarily about specific encounters. We are not going to pick this up for the next release (0.92) but would be happy to get involved (guidance, design, analysis) if you want to contribute. :slight_smile:
