Appointment Scheduling UI Module is not working

Hi,

Here are the problems i faced with Appointment Scheduling UI module:

Appointment Scheduling>Manage Provider Schedules * Providers are not listed in dropdown * Can not create schedule for a provider * Can not select a range of dates to create schedule for a provider * Provider schedule is not shown in calendar like lagecyUI
