Applying conditional form fields in a custom patient registration page

Question:

Hi All,

I am interested to know if it’s possible to use the <control> HTML FORM ENTRY tag in a custom patient registration page. I am making a patient registration page with conditional fields that should only appear depending on the value selected in a control field.
