# \[Announcement\] Demo Instance Upgrade and Traffic Redirection to Latest Bahmni Standard Instance

Hello Community,

We are pleased to inform you that the [Bahmni demo instance](https://demo.mybahmni.org/) currently running v0.93 will be upgraded to the latest Bahmni Standard release. This upgrade includes performance enhancements, security updates, and new features aimed at improving the overall user experience. You can find more details in the release announcement [here](https://talk.openmrs.org/t/announcement-bahmni-standard-v1-0-0-release/43601).

**What you need to know:**

**Upgrade Date:** 04th November 2024

**Redirecting Traffic:** After the upgrade, all traffic to[https://demo.mybahmni.org](https://demo.mybahmni.org) will be redirected to the new instance at[https://demo.standard.mybahmni.in](https://demo.standard.mybahmni.in) to ensure uninterrupted access. The v0.93 instance will be halted and will no longer be accessible to reduce AWS infrastructure costs.

_Note:_ There will be no further releases to the RPMs for the older version, and only limited support will be provided.

**Action Required:**

- We urge the community to test for features on the latest version on Docker at [https://demo.standard.mybahmni.in](https://demo.standard.mybahmni.in) and report any discrepancies in comparison with the older version.
- We highly recommend implementations to migrate to the latest version using the migration guide provided [here](https://bahmni.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BAH/pages/3169517585/Upgrading+Bahmni+on+CentOS+to+Bahmni+Standard+or+Lite+on+Docker).
- When reporting issues on the older version post-upgrade, please include detailed information, steps to reproduce, and screenshots or video recordings.
