i have created a compatible standalone branch openmrs-emr2_for_2.3.x for platform 2.3.x , which has this revert .

@sharif you can now make a PR to take back the reff app to 2.3.1 and will configure Bamboo to instead build this branch openmrs-emr2_for_2.3.x ,for the standalone Build

This is not correct. Any /dev/3 and above can do so. @sharif you have just one more dev stage (/dev/2 to /dev/3) to be able to do it.
