Hey everyone, OpenMRS seems to be suited more to a live interview setting, where the doctor starts a visit and data is entered while a doctor is seeing a patient. This model is fine but for my scenario entering multiple records after the fact is a better approach. Right now the facilities aren’t in place to accommodate the live interview model. The question is, can I customize OpenMRS to allow for patient records to b e added at any time instead of during an interview?

Actually I think that the majority of OpenMRS usage happens with retrospective data entry off of paper forms. So, yes, it can be customized this way.
