Does anyone know where to post new documentation for the community related with Reports 3.x?

In general for any O3 apps, we strongly encourage using the app’s README file to ensure it doesn’t get missed (since many folks find our Wiki very intimidating - hoping our coming-soon migration to the more user-friendly Cloud Confluence will help).
