Add new language and locale VietNam

Can you add language and location for Vietnam? I have the translation file messages_vi.properties of openmrs core 2.2.0 here.messages_vi.txt (248.4 KB)

@tieuphu98 Iam not really sure what you want.Do you want this added to Core ? Alternatively ,all you want to do is signup to Transifex.com/openmrs and do that yourself.
