# 2020-12-17: Strategy & Operations Meeting

Hi everyone!

This will be our final Strategy & Operations meeting for 2020. In addition to general announcements and updates, we have two main agenda items for this week:

- Use [this Metro Retro board](https://metroretro.io/board/LB6RRDYHSCTQ) to update our [Strategic Framework for Investment and Coordination](https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/RES/Strategic+Framework+for+Coordination+and+Investment)
- Plan for key strategic discussions for early 2021

We’ll also refer to our updated [Fundraising Status Wiki page](https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/RES/Fundraising+Status) to check in on December/January grant status and actions.
