Background: How did we get here?

In August, we focused on our Q3/Q4 goal: strengthening engagement and partnerships with key stakeholders. These discussions dove into why we’re focusing on our partnerships with ministries of health and donors, what we’re trying to achieve with this engagement, why now is the time for us to act, and most recently, how we move forward from here. Several questions remain to be answered: Where does ministry engagement happen within our governance structure? What is the relationship between the community and implementers? How do we make it clear that multiple stakeholders must be involved in order to achieve our strategic product vision?
