Dear Community,
This month, we’ve been diving into critical questions around partnerships and how we can strengthen our engagement with ministries of health and funders. Last week, we walked through what would happen to our product vision, our roadmaps, and our ability to facilitate collaboration, coordination, and resource mobilization if we had greater insight into and understanding of ministries’ strategic priorities and challenges.
This week, we’ll discuss some concrete actions that we can take in the next several weeks:

- What is our strategy for communicating with those who might be impacted by this change?
- Who should we reach out to in the next several weeks, both in terms of countries and specific people?
